The HSIScare mobile application will enable patients at Sultan Idris Shah Hospital, Serdang to utilize mobility devices and carry clinical information in real time and enable them to effectively obtain health services from any location within the hospital premises, at any time and improve the experience and patient satisfaction.
The HSIScare module contains user information and patient appointment records, check-ins and patient clinical notes such as new records, past recordings and audit trails, referrals through mobile applications, new orders, diagnoses, allergies, charts and medication administration records.
